YOGA WORKSHOP

Our instructor will lead you into your very own personal practice in a 6 week series workshop. You will start slow and learn the basics in a fun environment. Each class will build upon the next. You will learn: proper alignment, break down of yoga poses and have an understanding of the foundation of yoga. You will meet every Monday evening at 5:15 pm for a 45 minute session at Adeva Fit starting January 4, 2016. Cost is $35.

 

H.I.I.T.

H.I.I.T – High Intensity Interval Training – is an enhanced, intense form of interval training that conditions the whole body to boost fitness, strength and stamina.

 

Expect to be challenged – it’s tough, sweaty and fast. You’ll be alternating intense anaerobic exercise with lower intensity recovery intervals. With no set routine, Liz has a huge repertoire of exercises and techniques to call on to keep you on your toes – it’s Studio based so bring your mat, water bottle and sweat towel.

 

It’s a fast-paced and short intense workloads that will help you improve shape and definition. You’ll burn fat, build muscular strength, and boost cardiovascular fitness. And last but not least, you’ll feel great afterwards, thanks to H.I.I.T’s ability to generate bucket loads of endorphins.

 

Acro Yoga

Acro Yoga, done with a partner, is a fusion of yoga and acrobatics that cultivates trust and builds community. It is a dynamic practice that builds off of the focus, breath, balance and strength one finds alone on a mat and combines it with the surrender, communication, and trust needed to fly, base or spot another individual.

A yoga background is helpful but not required.

 Synergy

Don’t let your love of the gym make you miss a gorgeous day outside! Do our outdoor Synergy workout to tone up, slim down, and sculpt all over.  This new fun and creative workout focuses on developing your core stability and strength using body weight movements to challenge your core in ways it never has been worked before. No two workouts are ever the same as every session utilizes a new space. Synergy is designed for those seeking to challenge both cardiovascular and muscle conditioning. In case of inclement weather, class will be held at Adeva Fit. 

 

Candlelight Yoga

Escape from your day and enjoy the tranquility of Candlelight yoga. This class is designed for all students. Modifications are provided to make this class accessible to all. You do not need to be flexible, nor do you need to wear yoga pants. You do not need to be good at yoga or know what you are doing. All of that is what yoga instructor is here for and you have the right teacher, you’ll see just what I’m talking about. Go for it with Bridget!

You will learn various yoga postures with breathing techniques. Discover to harmonize and balance your body and mind in this energizing, yet peaceful class.

Happy Hour at the Barre

 

Happy Hour at the Barre is an awesome combination of yoga, pilates, and dance! This high energy, feminine workout will leave you re-energized and wanting more! I promise that you will gain the confidence and strength you've been searching for, and actually have fun doing it!                                 

It’s the hottest workout around! This barre-based class uses a combination of postures inspired by ballet and other disciplines like yoga and pilates. The barre is used as a prop to balance while doing exercises that focus on isometric strength training combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movements.  Also, your class will incorporate light handheld weights to bring the burn during all those reps, as well as mats for targeted core work. Our proven methods not only result in a narrowed waistline, lifted butt, lean thighs and sculpted arms, but our focus on you will help you leave Adeva Fit a happier, healthier you!

 

Grab your leggings or yoga pants and a fitted tank top.  As for footwear, you won't need it! Go barefoot or do the class in grippy socks. Bring your friends to the barre – time to pump up those plies! 

 

Walk-ins are welcome; however, space is limited and we cannot guarantee a spot at the Barre without a reservation.  Because space is limited, we require at least 2 hours notice of your cancellation or you will incur a reduction of one class from your punch card.

 

Manic Melba

With Manic Melba, you may do some cardio kickboxing, some high/low impact, some interval training, some dance fitness, some sports conditioning -- but bottom line, you will challenge your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds every time. Come prepared to sweat, breathe hard, and get super fit.

 

Sit 'N' Fit

Sit ‘N’ Fit. Fitness for the young at heart and/or those that may have been previously sedentary. Each class involves balance, flexibility, cardio, and functional strength training. This class may use a variety of equipment which is all optional so you can work at your own level. This class is a participating provider of Silver Sneakers.

 

Shaken, Not Stirred

Shaken, Not Stirred. A fun filled dance class for all levels. Move your feet and hips to the latest rhythms for a great cardiovascular workout. Come and get a little shake!

 

Z-REMIX

Z-REMIX. This class will really get your heart beating and your hips shaking. Z-REMIX is a fusion of music with exciting unique moves utilizing the principles of fitness interval training with easy to follow dance steps. You will not want to miss this FUN workout!
